The start of the digital and data revolution in the strategic asset management for all kinds of sectors and industries is pushing traditional asset owners to innovate in order to catch up
with agile competitors in a volatile market.
The extent to which the disruptive forces at play will reshape all industry players are still unknown.
It is however anticipated that digital transformation will have a deeper impact on the ‘commoditised’ pipeline business models than on the ‘customised, flexible and swing producer’ business models. What becomes clearly, such continuing demographic changes driving innovation are powerful enough to influence the investment value chain, competitive landscape and business models in the longer term.
The intention of a TMP is:
  • To create a common focus for the transformed organization (increase organizational effectiveness & operational excellence (OE) by digitalization)
  • Unlock innovative power within the new digital organization
  • Dealing with both existing domain expertise requiring both OE and digital transformation and to unlock new ways of working and offerings
  • To strengthen the image and the reputation of the organization in the eyes of stakeholders (increase organizational legitimacy)

On the basis of the outcome of DiGi-SAM, the identified areas for improvement an fully tailored TMP will be prepared including recommendations per focus area (standard, norm, Digital Transformation etc.) paragraph and sub paragraph. these recommendations and implementation strategies will presented in small workshops to manage the required change processes efficiently. the outcome of the workshops, actions identified and follow up steps will be recorded in a great level of detail to measure and steer progress.
